N.B:    * Please note that quotes are valid for 1 week only, if given on short notice.        
*  Quotes given over a long term basis,  will be valid for two weeks.       
*  We will only make a provisional booking on your request,  but bear in mind we    
cannot guarantee availability if we are  not notified timeously.

1. COMPANIES:  A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with full payment on departure.

2. TRAVEL AGENTS:  A Travel Voucher for the full amount to be issued to secure the booking.  Travel Agents may take 10% off our rack rates for holiday bookings. Travel Agents must add their commission to our conference quotations / prices.

3. TOUR OPERATORS:  Tour Operators may take 20% off our rack rates for the bookings they make.

4. GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS/MUNICIPALITIES:  An Order Number for the full amount to be issued to secure the booking. Please note that for individual bookings, these must please be made through a travel agent or cash on arrival.

5. CANCELATION POLICY:  Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of total amount.

Bookings cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total amount.

Bookings cancelled 0 to 7days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total amount.

6. Once confirmed, please find the rooming list attached for all the names of the delegates staying over.

7. Right of admission reserved.       

Please ensure that the content of the quotation is accurate and understood regarding cancellation, before confirming your booking. Your booking is confirmed on receipt of deposit / travel voucher / government order number.       

Please note, that until such time as this confirmation has been confirmed, the booking will be held as a provisional reservation and the first party to pay the deposit, will secure the reservation.
